This former Wrigley Family beach house features classic elegance, custom millwork, and coffered ceilings. It was designed with high end finishes and fixtures on a casual palette. It features Statuarietto marble, Viking appliances, Rhol faucets throughout. We used neutral colors and luxury finishes so the owners could dress it up for plated dinners or host a casual boating weekends.

Constructed with all white limestone floors and a dramatic entryway this modern, minimalist home is arty, smarty and ready to party. We focused on the architectural details on the interior and appointed the house with eclectic furniture from the 50’s 60’s and 70’s.

This house was designed to be sophisticated for dinner parties and fun and durable for an active family. We designed the custom furniture for the “Man Den” and custom Bunk beds for the kid’s room. This open floor plan, entertainer’s playground is layered with warm colors and playful accessories.

This coastal contemporary Beach retreat was designed with an open floor plan, modern finishings and west coast casual comforts. With 180 degree views of the pacific we chose to keep the ocean as the art and focus on the architectural details. This is evident in the staircase where the drywall and tiled stairs meet with a mitered edge for a seamless transition. The details remains a focus in the kid’s room where we designed custom bunk beds with cubbies for storage and iPad dock Stations.

This house is ready for Carrie Bradshaw to stop by for a glass of wine. It features modern design and a funky aesthetic. Once you pass the 10 feet tall entry door, you’re greeted by a large waterfall edge bar and temperature controlled wine wall. Marble islands, wide plank wood floors and a chef’s kitchen serve as a great backdrop for colorful, curated furniture and accessories. We designed custom 16 foot velvet upholstered channel headboard for the bedroom so you can sleep like a Queen.

This ground up construction, modern beach bungalow was built with resale in mind.  The home was built for bachelor beach style living. Being a small space, our challenge was to make it feel open and airy. To achieve this we used silver travertine, white plumbing fixtures and light colors throughout the home.We incorporated masculine colors into our flooring and furniture selection. We hit the balance right and delivered a “tall, dark and handsome” home to our client.

Our approach to this property was contemporary- eclectic- comfort. We focused on putting luxury design in the bath and natural elements in the living spaces. The colorful barn door was built from a 40 year old bait barge that was destroyed by a swell in the pacific after the 2011 Tsunami that hit Japan. Also, the reclaimed wood on the garage door was re purposed from a Tennessee tobacco barn.

This single story estate was designed for classic luxury living.  We used Carrera marble in the master bathroom and kitchen.  Polished chrome fixtures were used throughout the house.  We designed custom built cabinetry for the gourmet kitchen, butler’s pantry and bar.  We remained true to the classic instincts of this house and opted for timeless aesthetics whenever possible.

In this fun his & hers project, you know who plays the music and who pours the wine. We designed the kitchen and living room with the wife in mind and the den for the rock n’ roll husband. The living room is centered on the custom sofa and blends seamlessly with the contemporary kitchen. In the den we were able to capture the couples love for art and showcase their eclectic finds.

In developing the flagship franchise restaurant, we had to focus on an interior design that was unique, functional and repeatable as the design has been rolled out to over 50 locations worldwide since 2014.  Our vision was to incorporate the classic printing press workshop with an authentic design for families to dine.  We used classic Edison lights, subway tile, vintage ink rollers and period photography to create one of the most profitable pizza restaurant chains.
