Melissa Morgan, one of Southern California’s premier Interior Designers and has established a thriving boutique design firm in Orange County California.  With over 10 years’ experience working in Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, and Corona Del Mar, Melissa Morgan Design has developed a reputation for luxury coastal contemporary design.  At age 23, she was the youngest designer in Orange County to receive her Interior Design Certification and now at age 33, she has won awards in both commercial and residential design.

Melissa Morgan’s knowledge of construction, use of emerging hard finishes and eye for trends has distinguished her from other designers.  “Understanding and implementing the disciplines of construction, architecture and interior design is essential for meeting the expectations for today’s discerning clientele”.  It’s not surprising that most of her referrals come from architects and contractors and former clients.

Patrick Ballas

Patrick’s brings over 20 years of experience in real estate, advertising and business development to his role as project manager at Melissa Morgan Design.  In addition to managing projects, vendor relationships and finance Patrick is the voice behind “Design Hubby”.   Design Hubby is a weekly blog highlighting new products, design ideas and his unique behind the scenes perspective as the husband of an interior designer.

Ashley Fritzel

Ashley’s passion for creativity and work ethic is rooted in her upbringing as a pastry artist for her family’s bakery.  Ashley split her time between baking and studying modern dance and ballet for 12 years.  In 2010 she moved to Los Angeles to attend the Art Institute of California and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Interior Design.  She continued her development by working in Beverly Hills for esteemed showrooms and designers.  In 2015 she moved to Orange County and joined Melissa Morgan Design to continue her career in luxury interior design.

Mandy Kraushaar

Mandy’s inspiration for creative arts was developed in her formable years.  Growing up in St Paul Minnesota her mother was a fashion designer and her brother was a photographer.  This experience helped her develop her sense of style and eye for detail.  Mandy continued her evolution by attending the Arts Academy High School.  In 2012 she moved to Orange County and enrolled at the Arts Institute of Orange County earning a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design.  In 2016 she joined the creative team at Melissa Morgan Design to continue her career in luxury design.
